    Text message readings are written rather than spoken. Upon booking you will receive a photo of your tarot spread as it relates to your question and a follow up explanation with advice will be sent! By request text message readings can be sent through email, skype text or FBS social media.

TERMS OF SERVICE | TAROT READINGS

When booking a tarot reading service you agree to all terms of services and privacy policies written below as it relates to the service.
Please read over all terms of service prior to booking.

  • General and in-depth: Personalized general and in-depth readings will be received within a maximum of 72 hours after booking and will be sent to the email used at check-out, Please ensure email used at checkout is correct.

  • If you still have not received your reading within 72 hours of booking and have verified the correct email, please fill out a contact form here and I will make the appropriate changes to your order to ensure quality of service.

  • Cancellations and refunds are NOT available for general and in-depth readings. All sales final.

  • Live sessions, Phone calls and Text message - Readings available Tuesday through Thursday 2pm-6pm with 3-4 booking sessions available per day. These sessions may not be canceled for full reimbursement up to 72 hours prior to booked time. Cancellations made before 72 hours of booking will receive full refund. however, cancelations within 72 hours will issue refunds with a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be issued a 35% cancellation fee and cancellations made up to 24 hours will be issued a 45% cancellation fee.

  • Cancelation fees 72 hours - Live Sessions; $50 | Phone Calls; $25 | Text Messages; $7.50
    Cancelation fees 48 hours - Live Sessions; $70 | Phone Calls; $35 | Text Messages; $10.5
    Cancelation fees 24 hours - Live Sessions; $90 | Phone Calls; $45 | Text Messages; $13.5

  • If client needs to reschedule for any reasons, you may reschedule booking without accumulating any additional fee’s, however, client may only reschedule a maximum of 1 time before booking is considered a cancelation and standard refund with a 35% cancellation fee will be issued for all live sessions, phone calls, and text messages.

  • Live sessions. phone calls and text message readings are not to be used as an e-date or a means to connect with me inappropriately.

  • Sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior or use of these services will not be tolerated.

  • Abuse of Service will result in permanent ban and you will NOT be issued a refund of any amount.

Tarot Reading Services are regarded as spiritual support and should not be used in replacement of healthcare information as given by medical professionals. Tarot Readings are not a replacement for a diagnosis or healthcare advice. They are strictly spiritual support to healing and other life issues / See a doctor or licensed medical practitioner for all health-related issues.

Information used and given through Tarot Reading Services are to assist in explaining and developing one's understanding of the beliefs within the metaphysical and spiritual community.

Fairy Box Shop will not provide Tarot Reading Services with the purpose to harm or mislead. Tarot Readings are not provided as a replacement to healthcare advice and no service provided will give a diagnosis or replace medical help. By agreeing to the terms of service as related to the Tarot Reading Services you agree that (a) you alone are responsible for yourself, all of your actions and results there after (b) Fairy Box Shop and any of it's owners are free from any and all liability.

All Tarot Reading Services are in agreement to all laws as it regards metaphysical and spiritual claims.

 FAQs

  • When booking a Tarot reading service you will select your desired reading and proceed to check-out. Upon submitting your email, you will receive a confirmation along with your receipt.

    If you booked for a general or in-depth reading you will receive another email within 24-72 hours with a private link to view your personalized video.

    If you booked for a live session, a phone call or text message reading you will receive both a confirmation email with your receipt and a follow up email to book a date and time for your live coaching session. You will be reminded again 24 hours before your reading and 15 minutes prior.

    You must have Zoom or Skype to book a live session, phone call or text reading.
    Personal use of service is strictly prohibited. *See terms of service.

  • Please ensure that you have fully completed the booking process at check-out.

    If you have not received a confirmation email with a receipt to your desired email - your order was not completed properly. The email used at checkout will be the email your reading is sent to.
